(A) No person or persons will keep a kennel in the town limits.
(B) There will be no more than three dogs per residence over the age of six months in the town limits.
(C) If a resident of the town wishes to keep more that three dogs as pets in a residence in the town, he, she, or they may request that the Town Board grant an exception to this section. The request will be made in writing to the Town Board, stating reasons why the request for exception should be granted.
(D) Any exception to the section must be approved by the Town Board and duly noted in the minutes of Town Board meetings.
