§ 32.013 SECRETARY.
   (A)   Office created. There is hereby created the office of Secretary of the Fire Department who shall be elected by the members of the Fire Department at the first meeting in May each year.
   (B)   Duties. The Secretary shall perform the duties usual for a Secretary of such bodies, such as keep a careful record of all minutes of the meetings of the Department and all like duties, and shall before entering upon his duties take and subscribe to the oath in § 32.015.
