(A) Definitions. For the purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois.
PROPERTY. All machinery, vehicles, trucks, equipment, tools and instruments belonging to, owned by, leased to, or in the possession of the city.
(B) Prohibition. City property shall only be used for city business and shall not be loaned, leased or rented for any other use without the prior consent of the City Council.
