(A) Any person violating § 130.02 or § 130.21 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. (Ord. O-76-8, passed 5-17-76; Am. Ord. O-99-4, passed 2-16-99; Am. Ord. O-99-5, passed 2-16-99)
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 130.10 and 130.11 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500. (Ord. 79-11, passed - -79)
(C) Any person violating §§ 130.30 or 130.31 shall be subject to a mandatory fine of not less than $200 or more than $750. In addition to any fine herein, all court costs authorized by ordinance or statute for ordinance violations from time to time shall be imposed.
