It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person:
(A) To open, operate or maintain a massage parlor.
(B) To rent, lease, furnish or otherwise make available any place, premises, room or other area for use as a massage parlor.
(C) To give or administer a massage, as defined in this chapter.
(D) To furnish or provide any related services, as defined in this chapter.
(E) To encourage, aid, permit, assist or engage in the sexual stimulation of any person in or at a massage parlor.
(F) To provide or furnish call services, as defined in this chapter.
