Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200 for the first conviction. Any person convicted of a second or subsequent violation shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $500. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
