§ 110.33 CLASSES OF LICENSES.
   Licenses issued hereunder shall be of the following classes:
   (A)   Class A. This license shall entitle the licensee to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquor for use or consumption on the premises described in the license, or elsewhere, but not for resale in any form.
   (B)   Class B. This license shall entitle the licensee to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquor in its original package and not otherwise, but not for resale in any form, provided, no alcoholic liquor shall be used or consumed on the premises described in the license.
   (C)   Class C. This license shall entitle the licensee to sell or offer for sale at retail malt liquor known as beer and wine, for use or consumption on the premises described in the license, but not for resale in any form. Any beer or wine sold or offered for consumption under this class of license shall not be dispensed in a glass container of any type. Class C licenses are not subject to the provisions of § 110.38.
   (D)   Class D. Such license shall entitle the licensee as a caterer retailer to serve alcoholic liquors as an incidental part of a food service that serves prepared meals which excludes the serving of snacks as a primary meal, either on or off site, whether licensed or unlicensed.
   (E)   Class E. This license shall entitle the licensee to:
      (1)   Serve wine for use and consumption on the premises described in the license, for sampling purposes only, provided that the licensee shall serve no more than five 2-ounce samples to any person; and
      (2)   Offer for sale wine in its original package for sale and not otherwise, provided that no wine offered for sale shall be used or consumed on the premises described in the license, excepting the samples of wine served in accordance with division (E)(1) of this section.
   (F)   Class F. This license shall entitle the licensee to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquor for use or consumption on the premises and to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquor in its original package which shall be consumed on or off the premises.
