§ 110.38 STREETS ON WHICH LICENSEES MAY BE LOCATED.
   (A)   Unless the written consent of the owners of at least ¾ of the frontage feet along the street or streets adjacent to the premises for a distance of 200 feet in all directions from the premises is filed with an application, a license shall be issued only to an applicant at premises located on one of the following described portions of streets in the city:
      (1)   South Walnut Street between West Water Street and West Randolph Street.
      (2)   The east side of North Gordon Street between the north line of Clinton Street and the south line of West North Street, extended eastwardly to intersect with the east line of North Gordon Street.
      (3)   The north side of West Parker between South Mill Street and South Douglas Street.
      (4)   West Water Street between Grant Street and the west corporate boundary of the city.
      (5)   The east side of South Main Street between Chester Street and Parker Street.
      (6)   The west side of South Main Street between Roe Street and Parker Street.
      (7)   The east side of South Main Street between Water Street and Randolph Street.
      (8)   Main Street on the west side of the public square between Water Street and Jackson Street.
      (9)   North side of Parker Street for a distance of 150 feet east of its intersection with Main Street.
      (10)   The south side of State Route 154 between Sap Road and Holts Prairie Road.
      (11)   South Main Street from Water Street to Brown Street.
   (B)   As used in this section, the following definitions shall apply:
      OWNERS. Includes every person having any interest in any land the frontage feet of which is included in the prescribed distance of 200 feet in all directions from the premises, including tenants and contract purchasers.
      PREMISES. The place of business where the applicant proposes to sell alcoholic liquor and includes all the land embraced in the legal description of the deed, lease or other writing under which the applicant claims the right to occupy the land.
      STREET OR STREETS ADJACENT TO SUCH PREMISES. Includes the street or streets on which the premises abut in any direction, and all streets which intersect such street or streets.
