§ 93.12 BUILDING MATERIALS, WALLS AND CHIMNEYS.
   No building or structure or any kind or description shall be erected, placed, or constructed within the fire limits as defined in § 93.10, unless the outside and party wall be composed entirely of stone, brick, concrete, concrete block, iron, steel or other non-combustible material and in all cases the Council may prescribe the thickness or such outside or party wall by resolution. Provided, such thickness shall not necessarily exceed 13 inches. All chimneys shall be carried at least three feet above the roof or three feet above the highest point or any adjoining or adjacent building.
