§ 70.112 RIDING ON ANIMALS; ANIMAL-DRAWN VEHICLES.

Any person riding a bicycle or an animal or driving an animal drawing a vehicle upon any street, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions which can have no reasonable application to one riding a bicycle or driving or riding an animal.
