§ 70.110 BICYCLES; MOTORCYCLES.
   (A)   Not more than one person shall ride upon any bicycle propelled by human power upon any street.
   (B)   No person shall ride upon any motorcycle other than upon a seat permanently attached to the vehicle to the right and rear of the operator.
