§ 70.076 NEWLY OILED OR RE-SURFACED STREETS.
   (A)   No person shall drive a vehicle upon, over, through or along any street in the city after oil, asphalt, stone chips or any other liquid, substance or material has been applied to the surface of the street, or while the street is being repaired; during that the street shall be barricaded or posted with any sign prohibiting the use of it.
   (B)   No person shall drive a vehicle through, around, under or over the barricade or sign, or to remove, change, take down, tamper with, alter or deface any barricade or sign.
   (C)   The Commissioner hereby is authorized and directed to post appropriate signs on all such streets and when posted, they shall be obeyed as official traffic control devices.
