(A) No person shall place, maintain or display upon or in view of any street any sign, signal, marking or device which purports to be or is an imitation of or resembles a traffic sign, railroad sign or signal or which attempts to direct the movement of traffic.
(B) No person shall place, maintain or display upon or in view of any street any other sign which hides from view or interferes with the movement of traffic or the effectiveness of any traffic sign or signal.
(C) No person shall place or maintain, nor shall any public authority permit upon any highway any traffic sign or signal bearing thereon any commercial advertising.
(D) No person shall maintain or operate in view of any street or highway any flashing or rotating beacon or light. Any such sign, signal, marking or device hereby is declared a nuisance and may be removed by any police officer.
