 § 70.042 LIQUOR; DRUGS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person who is an habitual user of narcotic drugs to operate any motor vehicle within the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any intoxicated person or any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a narcotic drug to drive or attempt to drive any motor vehicle within the city.
