§ 70.003 COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden, or fail to perform any act required in this chapter; every such act shall be deemed a violation.
   (B)   Every person who commits, attempts to commit, conspires to commit or aids or abets in the commission or omission of any act required in this chapter, whether individually or in connection with one or more other persons, or as principal, agent or accessory, shall be deemed guilty of a violation hereof. Every person who falsely, fraudulently, forcibly or willfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits or directs another to violate any provision of this chapter likewise is guilty of an offense.
   (C)   It is unlawful and a violation hereof for the owner, or any other person, employing or otherwise directing the driver of any vehicle to require or knowingly permit the operation of the vehicle in a manner contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
