§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 53.02 through 53.06 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except § 53.24, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender, within the period of time stated in the notice, shall cease all violation permanently. The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (B)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not less than $100 nor exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city by reasons of the violation.
