§ 53.24 PROTECTION OF SEWAGE WORKS FROM DAMAGE.

No unauthorized person, maliciously, willfully or negligently shall break, damage, destroy or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this section shall be subject to immediate arrest under a charge of disorderly conduct.
