16.16.040   Engineering studies and map preparation.
   Engineering studies showing the regulatory floodplain and erosion hazard areas may be prepared under the direction of the chief engineer. Upon approval by the chief engineer, these maps shall represent the regulatory floodplain and erosion hazard areas governed by this title.
