16.08.580   Reasonable repair.
   "Reasonable repair" means those activities necessary in order to facilitate continuation or improvement of an existing legal use. Reasonable repair is considered to occur when the first alteration commences for any wall, ceiling, floor or other structural part of the building whether or not that alteration affects the exterior dimensions of the structure.
