"Manufactured home" means a structure transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities. Manufactured home construction, installment standards, and placement within floodplains are regulated under A.R.S. in Title 41, Chapter 21, Article 2, Office of Manufactured Housing. For floodplain management purposes, the term manufactured home also includes mobile homes, park trailers, travel trailers, recreational vehicles, and other similar vehicles placed on a site for more than one hundred eighty consecutive days.
