16.08.380   Habitat mitigation.
   "Habitat mitigation" for purposes of Chapter 16.30 of the Pima County Code, means providing a new riparian habitat of similar quality to that which was removed as a result of physical improvements or development to a piece of property located within floodplain, an erosion hazard area, or riparian habitat regulated by this ordinance.
