16.08.370   Geologic floodplain.
   "Geologic floodplain" means those lands adjacent to a watercourse that have been subject to fluvial processes during the Holocene epoch (i.e., approximately the past ten thousand years). The geologic floodplain may be different from the regulatory floodplain.
