14.01.020   Legislative intent and purpose.
   As allowed under A.R.S. Section 11-254.07, Pima County may create a renewable energy incentive district (REID) with specific sites and an incentive plan designed to promote the development of utility-scale solar energy systems on environmentally-suitable lands within unincorporated Pima County.
