4.01.110   Liens and subrogation rights.
   Pursuant to A.R.S. 11-291 and 12-962, Pima County is entitled to a lien and subrogation rights for charges for hospital and medical care provided to an injured indigent person. Pima County shall pursue its lien and subrogation rights against all claims for damages accruing to an injured indigent person or his/her personal representative on account of injuries giving rise to such claims and which necessitated such hospital and medical care.
