Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-1607, all applicable ordinances, substantive policy statements and enforcement response plans shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors. A copy shall be available in the Pima County regional wastewater reclamation department director's office. Any and all materials incorporated by reference in this document shall also be open to public inspection at these offices. The county will publish or place on the county website.
