A. Application. The application fee for significant industrial users is eight hundred dollars and for all other users is one hundred fifty dollars. Fees shall be paid to Pima County regional wastewater reclamation department at the time of application.
B. Renewal. The application fee for significant industrial users is eight hundred dollars and for all other users is one hundred fifty dollars. Fees shall be paid to the Pima County regional wastewater reclamation department at the time of reapplication.
C. Modification. A permit modification may be applied for and granted without a fee required.
D. Refund. Permit application fees shall be refunded when a determination is made that the original submittal does not require a permit.
If the director does not issue to the applicant the written or electronic notice granting or denying a permit within the overall time frame or within the mutually agreed upon time frame extension, the county shall refund to the applicant the permit application fee and shall excuse payment of any application fees that have not yet been paid.
