4.01.030   Authorization to receive affidavits.
   The eligibility staff of the department of medical assistance are hereby authorized to receive statements under oath required by A.R.S. 11-297 and 11-293 of all applicants and are further authorized to handle all aspects of the procedures as described in this chapter.
