11.28.090   Exclusive remedy.
   Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, including the provisions of A.R.S. Sections 12-821 et seq., and 12-1501, this chapter and Chapter 11.32 shall provide the exclusive procedures for asserting a claim against Pima County arising in relation to any procurement conducted under this chapter by Pima County.
