Any violation of this chapter, or of Chapter 11.32, where it is known or reasonably should have been known that a person is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from consideration for an award of any Pima County contract pursuant to this chapter, may result in disallowance of costs, annulment or termination of award, issuance of a stop work order, debarment or suspension, or other remedies as appropriate.
