11.28.020   Purpose.
   This chapter is for the purpose of providing for the suspension and debarment of any person from consideration for awards of Pima County contracts, based upon certain types of criminal convictions, civil judgments or contract violations, or for any other cause deemed to affect responsibility as a Pima County contractor.
