10.52.110   Appeal to or variance by board of supervisors.
   Any person aggrieved by a decision of the county engineer made pursuant to this chapter may appeal the decision to the Pima County board of supervisors within thirty days after the written notice of the county engineer's decision. The board of supervisors shall hear and determine requests for variances from the requirements of this chapter.
