That part of Kinney Road as established in Road Proceedings No. 1248 and recorded in the county recorder's office in Book 9 at Page 87 of road maps, running northwesterly from the intersection of Sarasota Boulevard as established in Road Proceedings No. 1244 and recorded in the county recorder's office in Book 9 at Page 83 of road maps, 3,200 feet; also a 15.00 foot utility easement over Lots 193 through 219 of Tucson Estates as recorded in Book 15 at Page 94 of maps and plats and a 20.00 foot utility easement over Lots 19 through 31 and easterly 400.00 feet of Block 2 of Tucson Estates as recorded in Book 15 at Page 6 of maps and plats; all of record in the office of the county recorder, Pima County, Arizona.
