10.48.170   Santa Catalina Estates.
   A.   The Santa Catalina Estates underground district, by which name it shall be known in all proceedings, is established pursuant to the provisions in Article I of this chapter and is subject to all provisions in Article I.
   B.   The boundaries of the district are as follows:
   Those portions of North 1st Avenue and Orange Grove Road lying within the south half of Section 6, Township 13 south, Range 14 east, G. & S.R.B. & M., Pima County, Arizona.
