B. The boundaries of the district are as follows:
That portion of Interstate Highway No. 19 (1-19) at its intersection with Continental Road (at S.B. Sta. 2083 + 45.97 and Crossroad St. 8 + 00) and more particularly described as follows: 75 feet each side of the centerline of Continental Road from Sta. 3 + 50 to Sta. 12 + 00 as shown on Arizona Highway Department Construction Plans 1-19-1(57) and on I-19, extending 100 feet west (left) of the extending 235 feet east (right) of the S.B. centerline of I-19-1(57), from Sta. 2083 + 00 to 2096 + 90; and also, including all of areas fi;3, fi;10, and fi;11, and that portion of area fi;4 lying north of Continental Road, as shown in that particular instrument of final order of condemnation, and recorded in Book 3741 at Pages 253 through 263, in the office of the county recorder, Pima County, Arizona.
