10.44.050   Violation—Penalty.
   Any person, contractor, utility company or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided by pertinent state statutes such as but not limited to Sections 28-7053 and 28-7054 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
