It is unlawful to stop, stand, or park a vehicle in such a manner as to block or deny access to a wheelchair curb access ramp. A violation of this section is punishable by a fine of thirty-five dollars and seventy-five cents ($35.75) and such fine shall not be suspended. This fine includes any assessments imposed by the state pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 12-116.01 and 12-116.02.
