10.36.310 General safety requirements.

In addition to the provisions of this article, a permittee and a driver of an oversize or overweight vehicle permitted under this chapter, or a person or entity exempt under Section 10.36.020 (D), shall comply with all federal motor carrier safety regulations incorporated by the state under 17 A.A.C. Chapter 5, Article 2, as applicable to a motor carrier operating in Arizona.
