10.36.110   Emergency operation provision.
   A.   In time of statewide or local emergency that affects public welfare or safety the director may authorize transport of an oversize or overweight vehicle or load without a special permit for purposes of relief or repair.
   B.   Authorization for emergency operation under this section may be obtained by contacting the Pima County department of transportation.
