10.36.090   Liability.
   A person who operates an oversize or overweight special permitted vehicle and a person who causes the vehicle to be operated shall be liable for any damage caused to a county highway by the oversize or overweight vehicle or load during transport as provided under A.R.S. § 28-1107.
