3.04.130   Limitation of liability.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to create liability of the county where such liability does not exist in the absence of this chapter. This shall specifically apply to, but not be limited to, any liability which is alleged to derive from the indemnification of employees and more specifically described in Section 3.04.140. of this chapter.
