10.04.040   Removal of signs effecting repealed provisions.
   In the event restrictions and regulations are changed, modified or repealed on any street, highway, alley or intersection designated in this title, the restrictions and regulations shall remain in effect until the signs, signals, marker and buttons previously erected and maintained are modified, removed or obliterated.
