The Director of Pima County Community Resources and his/her Deputy is authorized to receive state and federal criminal history record information for the purposes of evaluating the fitness of prospective and current employees and volunteers with the Community Resources Department who work directly with children under the age of eighteen (18). Criminal history record information received by the Director of Pima County Community Resources shall be used only for the purpose of evaluating the fitness of prospective or current employees and volunteers who work directly with children under the age of eighteen (18). Secondary dissemination of such information is strictly prohibited provided, however, Pima County Community Resources Department personnel shall comply with any relevant state and federal rules and regulations regarding the dissemination of criminal history record information.
