9.60.010   Authority to receive criminal history record information.
   Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1750, Pima County Community Resources Department is hereby authorized to receive state and federal criminal history record information for the purpose of evaluating the fitness of prospective and current Pima County Community Resources employees, contract instructors and volunteers who work directly with children under the age of eighteen (18).
