3.04.070   Designation of risk management consultant or insurance administrator.
   Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 11-981(B)(1), the board will designate a licensed risk management consultant or insurance administrator licensed pursuant to A.R.S. Title 20. Chapter 2, Articles 3 or 9, and such license shall be verified by the board at the time of the designation.
