9.50.010   Authority to receive criminal history record information.
   Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1750, Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation department is hereby authorized to receive state and federal criminal history record information for the purpose of evaluating the fitness of prospective and current Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation department employees, contract instructors and volunteers who work directly with children under the age of eighteen (18).
