The manager of human resources for pima health system and the quality management manager of pima health system are authorized to receive state and federal criminal history record information for the purposes of evaluating the fitness of prospective and current attendant care workers. Criminal history record information received by either pima health system's manager of human resources or quality management manager shall be used only for the purpose of evaluating the fitness of prospective or current attendant care workers. Secondary dissemination of such information is strictly prohibited. Pima health system personnel shall comply with any relevant state and federal rules and regulations regarding the dissemination of criminal history record information.
