A. It is unlawful for the parent, guardian, custodian or adult having supervisorial custody of any minor to permit the minor to be, remain, loiter or cruise in any vehicle in, about or upon any place in the unincorporated area of the county away from the dwelling house or usual place of abode of the minor in violation of this chapter.
B. Any parent, guardian, custodian or adult having supervisorial custody violating this section shall be guilty of a petty offense.
