A. It is unlawful for any minor, prior to his or her sixteenth birthday, to be, remain, loiter or cruise in any vehicle in, about or upon any place in the unincorporated area of the county away from his or her dwelling house or usual place of abode between the hours of ten p.m. and five a.m. of the following day.
B. It is unlawful for any minor, on or after his or her sixteenth birthday, but prior to his or her eighteenth birthday, to be, remain, loiter or cruise in any vehicle in, about or upon any place in the unincorporated area of the county away from his or her dwelling house or usual place of abode between the hours of twelve midnight and five a.m. of the following day.
C. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any minor when he or she is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, custodian or adult having supervisorial custody, or when he or she is lawfully married, or when he or she is on an emergency errand, or when he or she has been specifically directed to the location on reasonable, legitimate business or some other activity by the parent, guardian, custodian or adult having supervisorial custody.
D. Any minor violating this section is an incorrigible child.
