9.16.060   Chairperson.
   There is a chairperson of the commission who is chosen by an absolute majority vote of the voting members of the commission. The chairperson shall serve for a one (1) year term. The term shall start at midnight on the date of his appointment. The chairperson may be elected for additional terms.
