The terms of office of the members of the Tucson-Pima County emergency services commission are as follows: four members are appointed for a term of one year commencing as of the date of the original Ordinance No. 1963-21 passed by the Pima County board of supervisors and the passage of a corresponding ordinance by the mayor and council, whichever is the later date; three members are appointed for a term of two years commencing on such date; three members are appointed for a term of three years from the expiration of the original term of office.
